It’s on! We are proud to announce that the Yokohama World Time Attack Challenge 2019 will be held Friday 18 October and Saturday 19 October, 2019. The event will return to Sydney Motorsport Park, welcoming local and international teams to battle it out for one perfect lap.

“We are delighted to be back at Sydney Motorsport Park for WTAC 2019,” said Superlap CEO Ian Baker.

“SMSP has been the home of the Yokohama World Time Attack Challenge since 2010 and we have reset the lap records each year. 2019 will be no different!

“It has taken a lot of hard work to bring it all together again and I would personally like to thank Glenn Matthews and the ARDC for helping make it all possible.

“WTAC has grown exponentially year on year and we are looking forward to another huge year for drivers and spectators alike!”

World Time Attack Challenge is widely recognised as the proving ground for local drivers as well as a showcase of international time attack racers and builders.

As the pinnacle of performance for both driver and machine WTAC is the ultimate race against the clock. Expect to see the world’s best time attack cars proving themselves at the world’s best time attack event.

The International Drifting Cup will also be returning to the weekend line-up alongside stunt driving, historic and retro displays as well as the largest outdoor car show in the country. Yokohama World Time Attack Challenge Sydney 2019 will also be live-streamed to over 40 countries worldwide.

We can’t wait to show you all the awesome things that we have planned for WTAC 2019. Keep your eyes peeled for announcements as well as more info about tickets, entries and more!
