SETUP AND TEAR DOWN TIMES
Setup and teardown times will be announced closer to the actual event.
SECURITY
Overnight security will be provided from Thursday night until Saturday. Valuable items can be stored overnight in the lock-up garage available on request.
TRADE STAND ALLOCATION
The Pit Zone Grid Map will be available to all exhibitors and sponsors prior to the event.
PARKING
There is no parking in the Pit Area. The only cars allowed in the Pit Area are display vehicles. All support and private vehicles must be parked in the designated Parking Areas. You must enter through Gate 7 where you will be directed to your Parking Area by the WTAC staff who will also issue you with a Parking Pass.
PROMO MODELS
The usage of promotional models is restricted to Sponsors only. Please refer to your Exhibitor Package details for the number of promotional models allowed.
SIGNAGE
Sponsors are allowed to place their own banners on the fence surrounding the track. For the number of allowed banners see the details of your Sponsor or Partner Package. Banners can be installed from Friday 7am. No banners are to be installed on Thursday due to another event taking place at Eastern Creek on that day.
Maximum banner size allowed on the fence is 3m x 1m. There are no allocated banner spaces – so get in early and claim your spot right away. There are however several restrictions: Pit Lane banner space is reserved for Naming Sponsors and Class Sponsors only. The fence around turns 11 and 12 is reserved for the Drift Challenge Naming Sponsor. Within the Pit Zone signage is restricted to your trade stand.
YOUR DISPLAY
You will be guided to your allocated area by the WTAC staff. You must not extend your display past the allocated area. While there are no height restrictions within your display area, you have to be mindful of your neighbouring displays and avoid placing your flags/banners/displays in a way that might obstruct other exhibitors. Only display vehicles are to be parked on your display, all support vehicles have to be removed from the Pit Zone as soon as possible and parked in the Exhibitor Parking.
FOOD, DRINKS AND COUNTERFEITS
Superlap Australia does not allow any counterfeit or parallel import products to be displayed or sold at their events.
Restrictions also apply to the sale of food and beverages.

Time and Location of the Trophy Presentation to be announced.
