We are now proud to announce that Japanese D1 driver Toshiki Yoshioka will be competing against Australia’s best at the Tectaloy drift challenge.
Yoshioka-san is widely regarded as one of the “elite” drivers with outright wins in Japan and the USA D1 events. He is most famous for his exploits in a nitrous oxide injected Toyota AE86 “Hatchi Rokyu” and more recently has piloted the SC 430 for the factory supported “TOMS” Toyota team and since 2009 an FD RX7 for Team Magic Japan.
At the Tectaloy Drift Challenge Yoshioka-san will be driving a 475hp 1JZ Toyota powered S13 with support from Australian performance parts distributor Otomoto and Yokohama tyres.
