Panspeed ready to go!

After many late nights and countless hours of testing, the legendary Panspeed RX7 now sits waiting for its new war paint decals before it is loaded in the container and shipped to Australia for the World Time Attack Challenge in May.

Whilst the Panspeed engineers are very hush about their times in testing, they did say that the car is now “faster than ever before”. This car has been an ongoing development for many years for this Saitama-based team. They were also fairly tight-lipped about what changes they have made but they did let slip that the Hewland transmission has now been replaced with a brand new Australian-made Holinger sequential transmission as used in the V8 Supercars and that the team is “now very happy” before finally telling us, “we are ready” . We can’t wait!
