R magic have for many years been a force to be reckoned with in Time Attack racing in Japan and this car has run in the 55 second bracket at Tsukuba in 2007 prior to the vehicle being retired for the company to concentrate on its drifting exploits.
That was until they heard about our intention to run the World Time Attack Challenge late last year and they immediately pulled the vehicle out of retirement and contacted us saying “WE ARE IN!”
Since then the vehicle has undergone a full rebuild to the latest spec dry carbon wide body aero kit, a new race engine now producing well over 600hp,a well sorted and proven chassis and piloted by professional Super GT driver Kinoshita Mitsohiro, one thing you can be sure of, these guys are out here to WIN and will be pulling out all stops to take the trophy back to Japan with them in May.
