Carl Thompson has just revealed his new look ready to do battle in the Honeywell Garrett International Drifting Cup. Featuring the iconic teal and blue Falken tyre livery incorporating Australian fitting manufacturer Speedflow this car looks truly epic now and you can rest assured it certainly has the goods to back it up.
Featuring a full tilt 454 cube Warhawk engine built by Marsh Motorsport this baby sings all the way to 8000rpm making “about 880hp” incorporating all the best hardware and backed by a Holinger 6 speed sequential transmission and a Winters quick change rear end.
After running his equally insane 4 rotor Lexus for many years Thompson moved to the V8 S chassis and immediately became a force to be reckoned with in D1NZ pro competition with his super aggressive driving style. No question he will be pushing hard to bring home the silverware for New Zealand as he battles some of the worlds best in Sydney in October.
