The 2026 EXEDY Australia International Drifting Cup Field Is Set For Battle!
The smoke, noise and chaos of international-level drifting will return to Sydney Motorsport Park as the EXEDY Australia International Drifting Cup brings together 16 of the most exciting drivers from Australia and abroad at the 2026 Yokohama World Time Attack Challenge.
Headlining the field is Hawaiian-born, Formula Drift USA legend, Forrest Wang. Known for his unmistakable style, extreme commitment and some of the most beautifully presented drift cars in the world, the fan favourite arrives to Sydney to take on a stacked Australian field in the Keep It Reet R34 sedan. Japan’s Tsubasa Nagasawa will bring Rocket Bunny Racing flavour to the grid in his 2JZ-powered Nissan HCR32, while Australia’s leading drivers will arrive with machinery ranging from familiar turbocharged Nissan platforms to V8-powered Mustangs, a Corvette C6, Toyota GT86 and A90 Supra.
Among the challengers are Matty Hill, Jordan Sanderson, Saxon Moyes, Jason Ferron, Adam Monck and Warwick Hill, alongside an aggressive mix of established competitors and hungry contenders ready to make their mark on the international stage. If you're wondering why previous champ Brodie Maher is listed as a reserve, after an unfortunate leg injury earlier in the year, he was uncertain about his return, but after being cleared to compete, it's presented a unique situation where one of the top contenders is ready to pounce as a reserve.
