Drift Qualifying: Exedy International Drifting Cup Top 16 Locked In

The tyre smoke has settled after an electric Thursday night under lights at Sydney Motorsport Park, locking in the fierce Top 16 bracket for the 2026 Exedy Australia International Drifting Cup presented by Shockworks.



Aussie powerhouse Saxon Moyes set the benchmark with an incredible 91.2-point run to claim the top spot, narrowly edging out Jordan Sanderson (90.7) and Jason Ferron (89.0). Alex Sciacca and Dillon McDaid rounded out the top five, while crowd favourites Matty Hill and Adam Monck banked solid runs to secure their places in the showdown.

International heavyweights Forrest Wang and Japan’s Tsubasa Nagasawa survived high-stakes drama to sneak into the final transfer spots, setting up a gauntlet of David-and-Goliath battles.
