Adding to the incredible festival of World Time Attack Challenge (WTAC) 2025, we have invited some of the most talented female drifters from Australia and beyond to ignite the track, showcasing their mastery of sideways action and adding another layer of excitement to an already jam-packed weekend.
The all-female drift demonstration is poised to be a spectacular spotlight for women in motorsport. It's a prime opportunity to witness incredible talent, precision driving, and the undeniable passion that female drivers bring to the sport. You can catch this crew ripping it on the full-track configuration both days, as well as demo runs in the evening during the Garrett International Drifting Cup. There will also be meet-and-greet and autograph signing sessions both days on the WTAC main stage.
Meet the Yeah The Girls drift team:
My name is: Catherine ‘Driftcat’ Coleiro (AUSTRALIA)
Instagram: @driftcat.catherine.coleiro
I'll be driving: A Holden VK running a Dodge R5P7 NASCAR engine.
About me: As Australia's first professional female drifter since 2003, Catherine is often called "The O.G." Her journey into motorsport began at 14 with motocross, but a shift to cars at 16 led her to the burgeoning sport of drifting. Hooked from her very first experience, she loves drifting for its focus on skill over physical attributes, making it accessible to all. She was the sole female competitor in Australia's National championships for the first six years, a challenge that pushed her to consistently perform at the highest level, proving her prowess in the sport with the help of dedicated sponsors.
My name is: Miji Kang (SOUTH KOREA)
Instagram: @mijiracer
I'll be driving: Hardtuned’s 180SX
About me: Miji Kang is a force to be reckoned with in the international drift scene, showcasing her talent across various competitions. Although you may recognise her from her WTAC Haltech Clubsprint class debut in 2024, her bread-and-butter is drift! Her 2024 season has been particularly strong, including a 4th place finish in the Pro class and 1st in the Women Pro class at the Jakarta Supersports Championship R1, and a 3rd place in the WDC Pro class at the Indonesia Drift Series R1. She also proved her versatility in Thailand, reaching the Top 8 in D1GP Thailand R3,R4 (Lights Q2), and securing 4th in the Thailand RAAT Rally. Her impact extends beyond the track, as recognized by the Asia Automotive Awards naming her "Automotive Icon of the Year" in 2024. Kicking off 2025, she achieved a 4th place finish in the Radical class at Asia Super GT Indonesia.
My name is: Christina Vithoulkas (AUSTRALIA)
Instagram: @christina_vithoulkas
I'll be driving: Hand-controlled LS-swapped Nissan Silvia S13
About me: Christina Vithoulkas, Australia's first female para-drifter, embodies resilience and determination. Her life-altering journey began in 2018 when a severe motocross accident left her with a T5 spinal cord injury, resulting in paralysis. Despite this profound challenge, Christina's unwavering positive outlook and stubborn spirit led her to redefine her life. She embraced drifting, finding a renewed thrill and a sport where she can compete on a level playing field. Her story is one of adapting to new realities, advocating for spinal cord injury awareness, and inspiring others by openly sharing her experiences and showing what's possible against all odds.
My name is: Kim “Driftmama” Thorley (NEW ZEALAND)
Instagram: @driftmama_33
I'll be driving: Nissan 180SX, specially prepared for this event.
About me: Kim "Driftmama" Thorley has been diligently honing her craft across various competitive series, including DriftSouth, D1NZ, Driftforce, and Mad Mike's Summer Bash. She's already earned notable silverware, including the highly sought-after "Spirit of Drift" award. While her regular ride is an RB30DET powered Laurel, for this event and future plans, the Thorley team, with support from their trusted partners, will be campaigning an Australian-based S Chassis. With crew chiefs Lilly and Lu ensuring all is tight and right, head spanner monkey Mike will be kept busy making sure every bolt is perfectly in place.
My name is: Yuura Momo (JAPAN)
Instagram: @yuuramomo7
I'll be driving: 2JZ Honda Odyssey (Owned by Jay Duca of Low Standards)
About me: Yuura Momo is a competitive drift car driver participating in the regional series in D1 Grand Prix for about three years. Beyond drifting, she is also a model and has participated in a semi-underground street fighting series in Japan called "Breaking Down"
My name is: Mercury "Mercurial Mouse" Lien (AUSTRALIA)
Instagram: @mercurialmouse
I'll be driving: Nissan 350Z
About me: Mercury Lien is a social media sensation, drifter, fashion enthusiast, and cosplayer who competes under the stage name "Mercurial Mouse." Her journey into motorsport began with a simple desire to try it, quickly realizing it was her calling. She views her drift car as a canvas for self-expression, blending her love for all things feminine and floral (especially pink and cherry blossoms) with the adrenaline of motorsports. Mercury is passionate about inspiring the next generation, particularly kids, to get involved in the automotive world.
My name is: Caroline Kadziela (AUSTRALIA)
Instagram: @polska_ck
I'll be driving: Toyota GT86 powered by a Toyota 1UZ 4L V8.
About me: Caroline's life has always revolved around cars, growing up in a family that owned a panel beating and mechanical shop. This early immersion ignited a deep passion for motorsport, leading her from go-karting in her early 20s to tin top racing, and eventually to the high-adrenaline world of drifting. For Caroline, drifting is where she truly belongs, finding exhilaration in pushing her wild, unforgiving V8-powered Toyota GT86 to its limits, constantly chasing that perfect run of big angle, big noise, and big smiles. She's thrilled to bring her energy, smoke, and passion to her debut at WTAC 2025.
My name is: DenverSilvias (AUSTRALIA)
Instagram: @denversilvias
I'll be driving: Nissan S13 Silvia
About me: Denver, an up-and-coming automotive and drift content creator from Sydney, began her online journey in 2022 as an "online diary" of her car adventures. Since then, she's built a significant following by sharing her experiences, including building a molded widebody Nissan S14, learning to drift in her beginner BMW E46, and transforming a rusty Nissan S13 into a competitive drift car. Over the past few years, Denver has fallen deeply in love with drifting, participating in numerous events across Australia, and is excited for many more to come.
